The terms for using this site.
These terms cover your use of koravu.com, the site you are reading right now. They are short on purpose, and written to be read. If you become a client, the billing side lives in our Subscription and Billing Terms and your signed service agreement.
Who we are
Koravu LLC is a Virginia limited liability company (formation in progress). We rebuild small-business websites: you pay a one-time build fee for the rebuild, and we host and maintain the site on a monthly subscription after that. This page is about the marketing site itself, not about that service.
Using this site
Use the site the way it is meant to be used: read about what we do, request a free preview, get in touch. Please do not scrape it, probe it, flood the forms, or otherwise interfere with how it runs for everyone else.
The free preview is genuinely free. Requesting one creates no obligation for you and no contract between us. Preview links are demonstrations, not deliverables, and they may expire or change until you become a client.
Our content
This site, its design, its code, and its words belong to us. Client names, logos, and testimonials shown here appear with their permission. Please do not reuse any of it without asking us first.
No warranties for this site
This site is provided as is. We work hard to keep it fast, accurate, and available, but we make no guarantees about the site itself: that it will always be up, error-free, or current. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
Liability limits
To the extent the law allows, our liability arising from your use of this site is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Client agreements come first
If you are a client, your signed service agreement governs our work together, and our Subscription and Billing Terms explain how billing works. These site terms do not change either one. If anything here conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms as the business grows. When we do, we will post the updated version here with its date, so you can always see what changed and when.
